"Shades Of Turquoise And Yellow" by Debbie Oppermann. This is a very unique natural abstract. Close to shore on Lake Temagami, Ontario, Canada I was drawn to a shallow, colorful area that had quite a bit of surface movement. To my surprise, it was a very large school of the "true" bug called Water Boatmen. They were swirling non stop on the turquoise and yellow water surface and with their colorful little bodies, it added a certain dimension to the nature abstract I was envisioning. I really like the finished product and it is certainly a unique look at the busy bugs as they swim and eat.
