Description
"Tension" by Debbie Oppermann. I find odd or unusual things when out and about and this wire fence tensioner was interesting. The electric fence this tensioner was fastened to was not electric anymore and it wasn't used to keep farm animals in, it was used to keep people out. The gravel company had installed an electric fence to keep people from venturing to the gravel pit ponds. The company had not used the area for years and had to install the electric fence for safety reasons.
