"The Black Hole" by Debbie Oppermann. We were out on a hiking a trail at Temagami Island Ontario Canada and we discovered this very old, rusted and abandoned truck painted black but with loads of rust in some really cool patterns. We had researched and discovered that this particular part of the island was used for mining and it was abandoned in the 1970's. So we are assuming that the trucks that we found were left behind as well at the same time. If you veer off the path and venture deeper into the woods, you sometimes discover interesting things!
So, you know what this image really is, but, as one artist commented, it reminded her of The Twilight Zone. My first thought when seeing this was, outer space, a galaxy, and the black hole, hence the title.
