"Rugged Terrain" by Debbie Oppermann. Moon River Falls, Moon River Ontario Canada is a remote wilderness waterfall only accessible by canoe or boat if the water levels are high enough and on this day we managed to maneuver the boat, with the motor lifted, to access this piece of heaven. In this image you see the rocky cascades of the falls with the dense forest of Jack Pines framing the rock ledges and shores. We thoroughly enjoyed the climb to the top, which in some areas was a little tricky, and the spectacular, unspoiled view was well worth the effort!
