"Simple Pleasure" by Debbie Oppermann. Early morning light on the calm, still water of the bay at Thistle Island Georgian Bay, Ontario Canada, was the scene for this simple but beautiful nature image. Grasses, bushes, reeds and a small dead tree were stunning in their simplicity as they were reflected on the almost colorless water. The plant life is partially submerged as the water level of the bay has risen significantly this year.
