Description
"Moon River Waterfalls I" by Debbie Oppermann. Moon River Falls, Moon River Ontario Canada is a remote wilderness waterfall accessible only by canoe or boat when the water levels are high enough to admit passage to this outstanding piece of heaven. The main waterfall drops about 15 feet to a basin and then cascades down rough, rugged rock to the river that flows to Georgian Bay. The spectacular, undisturbed beauty of this lovely, rushing waterfall with Jack Pine forests framing the river and the superb rock formations of the Canadian Shield was a sight to behold and well worth the sometimes tricky hike to the top.
