"The Farm In Winter" by Debbie Oppermann. Winter is not my favorite season but I have to say that it can be a beautiful season. The farmers plowed fields have a light dusting of snow and the grey and green barns and sheds seem to blend in with the winter landscape. I pass by this farm once in awhile and I have always loved the setting. The farmhouse, barns and sheds sit on a slight hill and there are both deciduous and evergreen trees edging the long lane way and in front of the house. It is a pretty country scene here in Guelph Ontario Canada, in any season.
