"Eagle Take Off" by Debbie Oppermann. We were trolling in our motorboat at Crombie Bay, French River Ontario, Canada when I spotted this majestic Bald Eagle perched in the Pine tree. It originally had it's head turned away from us but as soon as it heard our boat getting closer it turned towards us letting us know that it was aware of our presence and then shortly after decided it was time to move on. I am always thrilled to capture these powerful fierce birds of prey.
